Choose a Sprint or Olympic Diatance Triahlon

Swim 750m or 1500m in the clearest water of Cromhall Quarry with ramp entry & exit

Bike 20km or 40km around the edge of the Cotswolds on a beautiful undulating route

Run the out and back route around the lake and quiet lane of Cromhall
