The Course: The course will be accurately measured by an approved UKA course measurer and will be marked at each kilometre. The race starts from the Norfolk Showground. The course is an undulating loop around the villages of Easton and Marlingford on country lanes. The route has been slightly altered this year in order to include the new venue. For your own safety you must run on the left-hand side of the road at all times. We are applying for road closures on parts of the route, but runners should always be aware of their surroundings and run safely. Please obey the instructions of the course marshals who are there for your own safety.

Race entry: £16.00 affiliated, £18.00 unaffiliated (affiliated means the entrant belongs to a UK Athletics/ARC affiliated club). Entry is online only at Active.Com. Minimum age on race day - 15 years. Your age category is determined by your age on race day. There will be no entry on the day.
