Brought to you by the team behind the successful and well-regarded Bike Bath, Bike Oxford and Bike Chester events, The Canterbury Bike Ride is a day of marked rides of 25, 50 and 80 miles starting and finishing at Canterbury Rugby Club on Merton Lane North, and taking in the best scenery of Canterbury and the surrounding countryside. 2018 entry fees are £30 for the two long routes and £22 for the short route for adults with children being charged £15. There will be an online booking fee on all entries and an early bird discount of £27 and £19 will be available until 30th April 2018 and a referral offer will run for all riders. The start/finish area is Canterbury Rugby Football Club, Nackington Road, Canterbury, CT4 7AZ.

We will be open for collection of timing chips and rider numbers from 16:00 to 18:00 in the Event Village at the Rec.
07:30 - 10:15 Arrive at the Rugby Club and leave your bike in the secure bike park while you sign in to collect your timing chips and rider numbers. If you need to leave a bag there will be a bag drop available and coffee, tea and breakfast will be available.
When you’re ready to go please grab your bike and make your way to the start area where riders will be briefed and released in groups of 20 as follows:
07:30 - 08:30 - 80 milers
08:30 - 09:30 - 50 milers
09:30 - 10:30 - 25 milers
Along the route you will find clear signage, feed stations and first aid support. There will be support staff on the course to provide assistance if required.
As you arrive back at the venue be sure to collect your medal before joining your fellow riders for some food and a celebration drink.
