Hope Valley College: Castleton Road, Hope, United Kingdom
The Severn Trent Mountain Challenge is the perfect event for teams to take a break from busy schedules, put their heads together and walk their way through challenging terrain.
Setting off from Hope Valley College, walkers self-navigate across the glorious Dark Peak area - flexing their map reading and orienteering skills along the way. You'll enjoy spectacular views and exhilarating inclines before descending back through Edale to Hope Valley College for refreshments and hot food.
Income raised from this event will go towards a project in Bangladesh that funds climate resilient water, sanitation and hygiene being supported by the Severn Trent WaterAid committee. Thank you for your support.
There are three routes to choose from. You can find the routes in our STMC Strava Club, or download them below.
There are multiple options for how you join the challenge too. You can choose to register:
- with your own team
- as part of a guided group walk
More about the challenge, rules and kit list can be found in the event pack here.
Event news, photos and results will be shared on our Facebook page.
