Mens Running Group - start your running journey with us.  Whether you wish to complete your first 5K or dream of running a marathon, we can help you.

Whatever your current running ability or age, we can individually motivate you as part of our successfull Mens Running Group.

No previous running experience necessary!

Course Details

3 sessions per week

  • Saturday 9 am 
  • Monday 6.30pm
  • Thursday 6.30pm

Cost:  £30 for 15 week course.

Progress from 0-5K and onto 10K, half marathon and marathon - whatever your personal goals are or just run for fun and to keep fit.

Suitable for all ages, fitness and current running ability.  Complete beginners welcome.
