Ladies Beginners Running Group - start your running journey with us.  Whether you wish to complete your first 5K or dream of running a marathon, we can help you.

Whatever your current running ability or age, we can individually motivate you as part of our successfull Ladies Running Group.

Event details and schedule

3 sessions per week included in the course fee:

  • Saturday 10.30am
  • Monday 6.30pm
  • Wednesday 6.30pm

Coached by experienced female coaches who will take you from 0-5K over 15 weeks.
