Almac is holding a 5k & 10k Fun Run/Walk in aid of Southern Area Hospice on Saturday 22^nd April 11:30

THIS EVENT IS OPEN TO BOTH ALMAC EMPLOYEES AND MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC.

This year’s fun run will be in aid of Southern Area Hospice, which will receive 100% of your entry donation.

Southern Area Hospice Services is a charity providing carefree of charge to local people with cancer, and other terminal illnesses, such as Multiple Sclerosis, Motor Neurone Disease, HIV and Aids.

All participants will receive a n Almac branded water bottle, bag, t-shirt, medal, water, banana and snacks.

Important event information:

• There will be no available parking at South Lake Leisure Centre or Craigavon Civic Centre and therefore you should leave plenty of time for parking and walking to the Start Point
• There is car park available at the roundabout before South Lake Leisure Centre (called city park) or the overflow car park at Marlborough House
• Race numbers will be allocated before the race
• There will be a warm up with music before the event
• 10k starts at 11:30 and 5k starts shortly after
• This is a chipped time event and times will be posted online after the race
• Goodie bags will be collected at the end of the race

• Individual 10K £15
• Individual 5K £10
• Family 10K (2 adults & 2 children 16 and under) £40
• Family 5K (2 adults & 2 Children 16 and under) £30

Age limit - 10K over 15's - 5K over 11's
