If you’re looking for a great race series combining short but challenging races then the Abersoch Holiday Homes Beach Chief is for you. Spread across the 3 Triple Crown race dates you can be part of a unique race concept consisting of the Abersoch 1K, 2K & 3K races. All based on the beach with 3 exhilarating courses that involve groynes, soft sand and plenty of competitive spirit this is a race series ideal for all ages and levels of runners.
Your times from each race will be combined to give you an overall Beach Chief time. At the finish line of the final race, as soon as you cross the finish line you will receive your prestigious Abersoch Holiday Homes Beach Chief medal. The overall winner in both boys & girls will each receive the impressive Beach Chief trophies to keep for a year and their name engraved on to proudly be remembered for many years to come.
The Beach Chief series and title itself is open to anyone who is the age of 16 or under on the day of the final race. We will also be rewarding the winners of the following categories in boys and girls:
Under 14, Under 11 and Under 8’s

The Abersoch Holiday Homes Beach Chief series is a great stepping stone to the bigger races and ultimately the Abersoch Triple Crown. It sets out an exciting goal and a healthy competitive spirit that rewards all those that complete it. The medal each runner receives when they cross the finish line of the final race is something to be proud of and ensures you’re a part of an elite club of committed young athletes who have achieved something great.
