Beltane 10K Trail Race
Moorfoot Runners Beltane 10K Trail Race Route - One lap of Kerfield Park, then head up river through Tweed Green, past the Swimming Pool and into Haylodge Park. One lap of Hay Lodge Park, before continuing up river past Neidpath Castle and onwards to the Viaduct and across the river. Turning right up river again, but now on the opposite bank, head through the South Park Woods before a short sharp climb up the hill and then turn left and start the run for home. Continuing through the beautiful South Park Woods, start descending towards the old railway line before a short zig zag back into Hay Lodge Park and back onto the river path heading downstream. Cross the river again at the Priorsford Bridge before picking up the outward route and then one final lap of Kerfield Park before a finish in front of the Whitstone Park Grandstand - well done ! You've just completed the Moorfoot Runners Beltane 10K Trail Race !
